النواب الإرهابيون خرجوا، الأكثرية الآن أصبحت 32
واشنطن في 12 آيار 2008
بعد رؤية النائب علي الخليل من حركة أمل يعلن أن المعارضة التي تضم حركته وحزب الله ومنظمات أخرى سوف تطلب من المليشيات التابعة لها الانسحاب من شوارع بيروت، أعلن المجلس العالمي لثورة الأرز ما يلي:
1- يعتبر هذا الإعلان من قبل النائب المذكور مستندا متلفزا على أن من يسمون أنفسهم معارضة هم بالفعل المسؤولين عن الأعمال العسكرية والأمنية التي تجري في بيروت على أيدي ميليشيا إرهابية منذ الثلاثاء السابع من أيار الجاري.
2- لذا فإننا نحول هذا الإعلان من قبل نواب ما يسمى بالمعارضة، كمستند ملموس على مسؤوليتهم عن الأعمال الإرهابية التي وقعت ولا تزال على الأرض اللبنانية، إلى الأمم المتحدة ومجلس الأمن واللجنة المكلفة بالتحقيق بالاغتيالات في لبنان.
3- من هنا نعتبر النواب الذين يمثلون حركة أمل ومنظمة حزب الله والتيار الوطني الحر وغيرهم ممن يسمون أنفسهم معارضة، عناصر مشاركة في أعمال إرهابية في لبنان، وقد سقطت بذلك عضويتهم في مجلس النواب. ولم يعد هؤلاء بالتالي نوابا في البرلمان اللبناني بل مشاركين في الإرهاب يجب التحقيق معهم من قبل الأمم المتحدة.
4- نعتبر بأن المجلس النيابي اللبناني أصبح يتشكل، ومنذ هذا الإعلان، من نواب الأكثرية المنتخبين ديمقراطيا فقط. وقد فقد نواب ما يسمى بالمعارضة مقاعدهم، بسبب قيادتهم ودعمهم وإعلان مسؤوليتهم عن أعمال إرهابية وجرائم.
5- واستنادا عليه فإننا ندعو نواب المجلس الأحرار للتصرف نيابة عن الشعب اللبناني على أساس الأغلبية الجديدة التي تتألف من نصف زائد واحد من 62 وهو عدد النواب الغير إرهابيين في المجلس. كما نعتبر بأن الأكثرية في المجلس النيابي اليوم أصبحت 32 نائبا.
6- نطلب من الأمم المتحدة التحقيق مع النائب علي الخليل حول المعلومات التي يملكها في موضوع الحرب التي يشنها حزب الله وأمل وغيرهما من التنظيمات ضد الحكومة اللبنانية والشعب في بيروت وغيرها من المناطق.

Terrorists MPs out, new majority in the free Parliament is 32
Washington DC, CR News May 12th, 2008
The World Council of the Cedars Revolution, after having heard and seen member of Amal Movement MP Ali Khalil declaring that the opposition which includes his Party and Hezbollah as well as other political organizations will ask their militias to pull back from the streets of Beirut, we declare the following:
1. This is a televised evidence that the members of the Lebanese Parliament who call themselves as "opposition" are in fact responsible for the military and security actions performed by terror militias in the streets of Beirut since May 7th, 2008.
2. Therefore we forward this declaration on behalf of the MPs of the so-called opposition as a tangible evidence of the responsibility of these factions in the Lebanese Parliament of the Terror acts that took place and continue to take place on Lebanese soil, to the United Nations Security Council and the UN Investigation in the political Assassinations in Lebanon.
3. Hence we consider that after this declaration, the MPs who are members in the Amal Movement, Hezbollah organization and Aoun's movement as well as those who associate themselves with the so-called opposition as members and associates in Terror activities in Lebanon, and hence are in breach of status as members of the legislative assembly. These individuals are not anymore members of the Lebanese Parliament but are associates of Terrorism and should be investigated with by the United Nations.
4. Therefore we consider the Lebanese Parliament as of this declaration as made of the members of the democratically majority only. The members of the so-called opposition, having led, endorsed and declared their responsibility for terrorism and crimes have lost their status.
5. We therefore call on the members of the free Lebanese Parliament to act on behalf of the Lebanese People with a new majority, calculated as half plus one of 62 non Terrorist members of Parliament. We consider that today's free Lebanese Parliament has a simple majority of 32 members.
6. We call on the United Nations to investigate with pro-Terrorist MP Ali Khalil regarding the information he has on the war waged by Hizbollah, Amal and other factions against the Lebanese Government and People in Beirut and other areas.
